My wife was pregnant when we went for medical, hence she didn't go for x ray.. I also did pay our residence fee..Now waiting for the next instructions from them. All we completed and sent/ paid about 1 1/2 mos ago. my questions are;
A. Will my wife still be required to go for X-ray ?
B. now that she gave birh, will the VO require m to file or add my new child to our application?
C. If ever we get the approved PR for the 3 of us..Is it possible, if my newborn child follow us as tourist first and apply later..

We are planning to stay in Canada maybe most is 3 weeks cause of unfinished. Business back home..

Advance thanks..

According to the DMP hand book:

"If the applicant declines to undergo a chest x-ray on account of the pregnancy, then a chest x-ray should be obtained and submitted after delivery, even though this will delay the IMA [Immigration Medical Assessment] process".

Therefore your wife has to go for a medical after her delivery.

If you have not done yet, you should inform your VO about your wife's expected delivery date.
After the child birth you should add the new born to your application.
Your application will be on hold to complete the PR visa for the family and your child also will be a PR and not a visitor.
