Hey Guys .. please join here those are realted to this topic.
I'm May applicant (App filed on May 21) did medical upfront on Nov and ecasu updated in Dec.
No news after that ... Please share your experience, anyone who did their upfront medical received medical request as usual with other applicant or is there any delay?
Kind of Nervous ....

Hello Sri_Sai,

Currently May applicants are receiving their MR. So if your medicals are already received by CIC and it is updated on ECAS then wait for your next step.

You should not get the MR again. But, will get maybe RPRF, biodata, COPR/PPR and so on.

Hi Boyzone - Thanks for the update. Is it usual but I'm thinking that I still get a formal medical request from CIC.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

I will join this thread. No Sri_sai, there will be no MR for you cos you don't need it. I have done my upfront medicals too, they received them and updated ECAS last week. I received email from CIC saying no action is required on my side. Isn't that why you do upfront medicals- to eliminate extra communication steps?
Now is the time when applicants from my dates (CIO May 24) receive their MRs (I guess that's why they associated results with my application just now). But my ecas still shows Application received. I expect upfront medicals to speed process up, like RPRF and PPR before February 10. We shall see.

Natalka86, did you email CIC to get medicals linked to your application? I emailed them scanned confirmation twice, but ecas is still showing application received. Thanks :)

Did you read carefully? My application status IS "Application received" and that's what bothers me.
Yes, I sent them scan too. But they actually associate results with your application ONLY when it's your turn for MR, not when you sent them. You better don't bother them with emails, and let them finalize my application ;)

Lots of members have had their status changed way before actual MR. I just realised something though.. I didn't mention IME number in either of my emails, did you? Maybe they can't be bothered to open attachments and only read messages.

Hi,

I am also in same boat.

I am may 21 applicant and did upfront medical. Ecas show medical results have been received.
