No need for an educational credential assessment for quebec. I just dont know for the next year's new policy. No new rules as of now.

How long will it take approximately to process the applications using MPQ? Is it going to be painfully longer like it used to be or do we expect improvements in processing time?

Regarding the processing times, there were no updated rules for the MPQ, however in the MIDI site it varies on what country you resides. Hopefully they will also update the processing times thru the MPQ too, to differentiate and compare it to the paper system.

Acknowledgement of receipt (AOR) is a letter given when MIDI received the payment for your application. While Intention to Reject is a letter given if points are lacking on your application (49 for single, 57 for married/with dependents) and you need to send them updates on your documentation and some credentials.
