According to MIDI they process 2170 case every month in Quebec. Till 7th September 2016 there are 33,488 case left. So 33488 / 2170 = 15.43 or 15 month 12 day. If you add 7th September 2016 with 15 month then its 19th December 2017. Meaning that your case will be processed in 2017 if you are a June applicant !

Really.....?? It means last November 4,2015 Applicants process will start only coming February 2017 ?????

I want to be clear, when using the chart to calculate your points. There are two stages:

First, employabilité: 42 single and 50 if couple. HAVE to be attained, it's eliminatory.

Second, a score of 49 single and 57 if couple. Also must be attained after adding points for children and finance.

(NB: the points for the interview are no longer attributed, if you are invited to an interview is just to check your original documents etc)

May I ask where the number 33488 come from? Are these applicants feom before June 2016 intake, that still didn't get CSQ?

I found this interesting answer of Ms. Nadia Barrou concerning the request of documents for June/August applicants. I bet most of you are aware that she is one of the most recognized immigration lawyers in Montreal, and she is usually very accurate.
So, she said the following:

"No news yet, but it should not be long; It is expected to be before the end of the month. We have our monthly meeting with MIDI officials on November 30th and the issue is on the agenda."

Let's hope that she is right! But even though she is not, it's good to know they have a meeting with MIDI in the end of the month, and hopefully we're going to have a more precise answer.
