It means they are reviewing your application. It will keep changing from Information requested to assessment in process and back and so on during their assessment. Don't worry, it takes time.
and what if my status was RECEIVED for one month, then it changed to ASSESSMENT IN PROCESS, and after one month it changed back to RECEIVED? And now it is still RECEIVED for almost two months. I'm confused. Why did it happen? I will be grateful for your response

I need help, has anyone responded to PFL? I did since last year Oct and my profile still shows assessment in progress till now (after 5 months). when I write to MPNP on update, they said is pending management review. Pls, anybody with such issue?

There are no timelines for review and can many months and up to a year depending on reasons for PFL.

I Have same case. Got PFL in June 24. Responded in same month. Still after 10 months Assessment in process.

Hi there, quick question. My brother did masters in engineering from the USA and currently working there for more than a year. I live in Manitoba and a citizen. What are the options for MPNP for my brother? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
