Hello everyone.

Im in desperate need of help. My spouse applied for MPNP through Career Employment Pathway, he has a full time and permanent job. Well, the application it shows status RECEIVED since april, however, yesterday he was informed at his work place that all the employees will be enrolled in a federal program called Work-Sharing Program, which is basically to reduce their working hours to 60% and with that program they will be paid 82% of the salary. This measure was taken to prevent layoffs and is temporary until almost the end of this year.

My question is: Would this affect the application? He is still hired as a full time worker, he will be working 24 hours per week, but with the program's help he will be getting paid for 32. All the benefits and accruals remain the same (vacation, sick days, etc)

Please I need some help, we are just emotionally drained with so many surprises everytime.

Thank you all, blessings for everyone
