MPNP under employer direct

Out of curiosity and being new in this country, how long will I get a nomination to apply for a PR under Manitoba PN under employer direct stream? If I have already been nominated to apply for a PR what will I do next? I have a daughter so is that under sponsorship? how long will I get a PR status together with my daughter?

Just wanting to know the timeline so more or less I would know when to go home for a vacation.
