MPNP submit is not working

Hello. I have received an invitation to submit a full application form (Skilled workers overseas Draw 73), but I can't submit a form because of error. Once I press Submit&Review button I get an error "
Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request."
Did anybody face with same behavior?

Please contact the owner of YouTube channel "MPNP Errors - Fixed"...He has fixed this error for a lot of people!
