I have been making a research on this guys: I noticed some peoples application were not approved though they submitted "Attestation of Birth" from NPC for Themselves, supporter, and the parental ties. Why is this?. While others got approved with the same documents.

Sometimes it depends on the program officer that treat your file.

Thank you for your observations B , in my opinion,I think they are just picking applications randomly and I honestly don't know why this is happening.

You hear some people got application approved with same documents and same rejected. I have my 2 of cousins application one approved the other refused despite same documents and same supporter.

I think applicant needs to challenge this because it seems they don't want to recognise NPC anymore and truthfully this is the only document that can show age and DOB in Nigeria if you don't have DOB certificate . If they can specify on their website documents to submit it will be better.......my take though.

we need to know exactly whats going on with them. We cant allow things like that. Unfair assessments.

The only thing I found is that they need some other type of documents to confirm the information on the attestation because the attestation clearly says "after due submission of the court oath", and you cant get courts oath without some form of proofs. I believe they need to see such proofs. Examples like Birth certificate of parents or sponsors, marriage certificate, educational transcript etc. But then others got approved without all these.

My brother applied by Draw#59.. Finally status change to Assessment in process 3 days ago.. So far no call to sponsor, we are waiting so hope for the best
