If I create a new EE profile and include my spouse family connection in winnipeg, l might be eligible, but our supporter who is my cousin is in Winkler, can any connection to Winnipeg be an issue although the person is not our supporter cause we claimed points for outside winnipeg.

I reckon there won't be any issue provided you are able to substantiate your wife's family tie in Winnipeg with necessary documentations. I am sure you know you will be required to upload documents in support of every information you put on your EE profile subsequent to receiving ITA.

But providing documents for my spouse family in winnipeg is not required for mpnp nomination right?

Write them and inform them of your wish to be considered under paper base. That will do it. Explain why also.

My time line is similar than yours. I am from Draw#61, and since SPP2 31st May my status is RECEIVED...

If I get nomination for mpnp with my sponsor (my cousin) being outside of Winnipeg, but my spouse has a closer relative (a sibling) in Winnipeg, will it be an issue at express entry Level that we might be landing in Winnipeg because of the stronger relative, although that's not our plan.
