It's so unfortunate that with all valid and verifiable documents that I submitted in the process of my application ,I got a refusal letter yesterday that I didn't respond with enough evidence to proof that I have connections to Manitoba despite having my first cousin with over ten years stay.
I am miserable and confused right now because these people think we are liars and we cook up stories to back our applications.
I cannot imagine MPNP office setting barriers to tear apart my family bond and ties because I have no control on their decisions.
I have sent a comprehensive email to them to reject their wrong aspersions towards my application and at the same time stated my own part that I do not know which or what documents to submit again to further substantiate my claim.
The annoying aspect of their letter was that they even scored me zero in all assessments factor inclusive my years of experience in UK and Nigeria plus my educational qualifications in the UK.
I am really confused because this process has taken so much energy, human efforts, finance, resources e.t.c
Please advise me on what to do.

This is really sad, sorry to read this. But, Did they call your Sponsor at all to confirm your connection before the decision? Did yii put enough letter of explanation?

No call was put through to my cousin at any time.
In fact I wrote well explanatory letter to explain my connection back up with NPC from our connected parents and even a duly stamped notary public family tree by a well known senior advocate of Nigeria.

Ahhh. Seems you did everything needed of you and exceeded. Check the websote, i think i once heard that there should be a way you can raise against the decision they made. And they can look into it. It's a painful decision, with all the stress and waiting periods plus financial aspects. Try to write them and if your cousin can too. God will favour you. What Draw are you?

Wow..It seems the recent news in the US about internet fraudsters from Nigeria might be impacting trust level for Nigerians.

This people might have trust issues with Nigerians and like I mentioned earlier, the recent news about 77 internet fraudsters is another calamity. May God help us all IJN Amen.

Very sorry about that
My advice for you is that you should not give
Tell your supporter to call or write to them with fact, some times when they see your level of persistence with enough evidence they tend towards reconsideration.
Keep hope alive
