They hardly return calls, just write them.Yeah. I got the email notification of my update and points reduction 3 hours before the LAA was sent. I will have to call them and ask.

I have called them. They actually picked after a long while. The customer service rep said i should decline the invite and create another EOI profile with my lower score (560). I am going to do that. They hardly return calls, just write them.

Yes....my close relative is my brother in law (husband's brother). Any close relative to your wife applies the same to you.I have question regarding "Close relative in Manitoba" having 200 point.
My question is :
If I ( as a main candidate) and my wife apply for MPHP. My wife close relative ( My mother-in-law's sister's son or we can say my wife mother's > sister's > son) live in Manitoba. But my wife is not main candidate. Can we eligible for "Close relative in Manitoba" 200 points or not ?

Hi, I think it would work. But please email MPNP directly with this qestion cause the requirement is for your relative to be either PR or Citizen and must be living in Manitoba for at least 1 continuous year. It doesn't really state that they have to have PR status for 1 year. No harm in double checking, though. Is it any condition for "close relative" how old they live in Manitoba after PR or without PR? For take the benefit of "Close relative in Manitoba 200 points". Actually my close relatives live in Manitoba from more than 2 year but they are just PR from 5 months back.
