So my cousin that just got her PR in September too has been there since 2016 on a student visa and now works there .
So she called mpnp and they told her she could sponsor me but she should include her student permit ,along side her present utility bills when submitting the sponsorship form.

Education : WES done, Master in Microbiology
Age : 30
Experience : 2.5 Years , Lecturer in Medical University. (NOC 4011)
Ties: Brother in Law friend lives in Manitoba , Distant relation.

My inwas lives in ALberta and they are citizen.

I believe you can apply through a none 'express entry route' but processing time tends to be longer.
You should definitely get your evaluation from WES done as soon as possible. They can take some time.
Also take your language tests if you haven't already.

Oh thank you for this information. I have actually taken the language tests. Please so when i get the invitation, i could also add the scores i get from the express entry route with my mpnp right? I think you fill in a reference code or something in your invitation right? That is if i have applied on the express entry profile before i get the invitation
