MPNP relatives in other province

Hi, my wife and I are working in Winnipeg. We intend to settle in Winnipeg and will have enough EOI Ranking Points and will apply for MPNP-SWM through paper based or EE. However, I need to declare relatives in LAA and I have some relatives (grandma, aunt etc.) living in BC but no relatives living in Manitoba. I have been to Vancouver several times. Will MPNP reject my application due to that reason and any bad effect for my application?
