MPNP related information required

Hi all,
My question is regarding Manitoba provincial nominee program is as

(1) My wife is a canadian citizen and presently living in Manitoba state from last two years, is she can invite( sponsor) my real big brother under MPNP category means this type of relationship will come under close relative / blood relation category and MPNP will award 200 marks in adoptability or not. if answer is yes ,how we will prove the relationship and what documents will be required to prove the relationship.

(2) If question number 1 answer is yes then can my wife sponsor me( husband) under spouse sponsor family class and my real brother under MPNP program means sponsor both of us at the same time.

1) No - she can't. Sister-in-law is not a qualifying relative.

please guide me how can i calculate my score i will be very thankful to you i m a bit confuse. following are my credentials

I WANT TO APPLY FOR MPNP FOREIGN SKILLED WORKER STREAM AND MY FRIEND IS WILING TO SPONSOR ME IN FRIENDS CATEGORY. SO WANT TO KNOW THAT HOW CAN I CALCULATE MY POINTS i.e.

1. LANGUAGE GOT (6.5 BANDS) ...... 88
2. AGE (32 YEARS) .........................75
3. EXPERIENCE (MORE THAN 5) ........75
4. EDUCATION (MASTERS) ..............125
5. ADAPTABILITY (FRIEND) ...............50

TOTAL ........................................ 413

BUT IN THE LAST DRAW ON THEIR OFFICIAL WEBSITE THE MINIMUM SCORE WAS "548". THEREFORE PLEASE GUIDE ME WHETHER I AM CALCULATING IT CORRECTLY?? SO IT MEANS I AM NOT QUALIFIED TO APPLY FOR MPNP ?

Is it compulsory that documents to be uploaded at the application stage after receiving LAA MUST BE NOTARIZED. Please kindly send any link to this information.
