My situation is I submitted full MPNP application on August 24 and in November the MPNP officer contacted my employer and asked them to do the LMIA for me. They did it and I got the receipt but the issue is my work permit will expired on December 19 but I am still waiting for the Nominee certificate and support letter from the MPNP to renew my work permit. I am wondering if my work permit expired and I haven’t had the answer from the MPNP so what should I do.
