Mpnp qualifications/ job offer

Does anyone know if the full time permanent job offer needs to be in one of the in-demand jobs to qualify for skilled worker in canada for manitoba pnp ?
I have 2 post secondary degrees, both for more than 2 years, i also have clb9 , i am on pgwp now and have more than 6 months of experience as home support worker, i am not sure if i qualify for mpnp because my experience/ job offer is not on the in-demand jobs! Can anyone help here ? Thank you guys

Did you graduate in Manitoba? If yes, you're good to apply to mpnp with job offer in a non demand area as skilled worker.. if you didn't, you'll have to wait 1 year to apply plus points will be deducted. There is a backlog currently so make sure your pgwp will not expire before you get AOR in federal part of process
