MPNP puzzling question

Hi all,
i am completing the Manitoba EOI and one the question is "have you or spouse applied for any other PNP other than MPNP or Federal immigration program with Intended destination outside of Manitoba.?

How do I respond? I have a EE profile for the FSW but I selected interest in all provinces...

simply you will answer No , as you only have EE profile (it doesn't matter that you selected all provinces in your EE profile )
