MPNP POINTS GRID

Hi all,
can somebody guide me, i am confused between Mpnp points grid & Mpnp expression of interest ranking points grid. as i am getting 72 points out of 100
but when i check with EOI ranking points its sum-up with 332 out of 1000, can anyone advise i can get LAA or not as i already have connection to Manitoba with ( friend support). for your better understanind plz note ( age 43,eca as bachelor degree,ielts clb5,experience 6 Yrs within occupation in demand and i have friend in manitoba fo connection) wait for guidence.

u need to score at least 60 pts in order to be eligible for MPNP (https://immigratemanitoba.com/immigrate-to-manitoba/swo/swo-eligibility/#swo-e4)

if u r eligible, u can submit EOI and MPNP will have random draws. if ur score is high enough, u will be issued with LAA.
recent draw for SWO was held on Aug 12. lowest mark is 719

What stream? If you don’t have connections to Manitoba (family), have worked in Manitoba or have approved LMIA then difficult to increase score.
