I have applied for PR in MPNP in January 2019. But in September i received a PFL stating my employment issues. I am working as a Office manager (NOC 1221) in Rice mill In Punjab, India. I have four year experience at 1 mill and 1 year experience at another mill. In PFL issued, they have no objection for my 4 year experience letter but they have some doubts in my second experience letter. My employer have given some wrong information regarding no. of employees etc. I have provided sufficient proofs in response to letter, which includes: List of total employees, Photo evidences, Attendance proofs, Medical certificate of employer (as he is suffering from serious illness) etc.
What are the chances of my case for PR? How much time it will take to process this application?
