MPNP PFL #draw60: Concerns raised on attestations issued by NPC

I got a MPNP PFL raising concern on the authenticity of my birth attestations and cousin's birth cert. I was asked to submit also cousin utility bills of three months, legible copy of his birth registration, health card, PR. So, I got verification letters from NPC to authenticate the attestations for my cousin, his dad and my mum. I also added my own attestations with NPC Abuja Fed Cap territory Office verification letter. I also authenticated all the attestations documents at Ministry of Foreign affairs(MFA) in Abuja with Remita reciept for payments for NPC and MFA. I submitted my cousin Hydro bills for three month, health card and Canadian passport photo/data page. What is the assurance that this will address their concerns and got my approval?
