MPNP Overseas skilled worker program

Dear Sir/Madam

i am ready to apply for MPNP Overseas skilled worker program. (i didn't study, work and/or live in Canada at all and i haven't received any Invitation to Apply under a Strategic Initiative as well not received any job offer or Ongoing employment in Manitoba.
I know i am eligible to apply. my question is from skilled worker overseas EOI (Expression Of Interest) draw, there are two catagories namely "** MPNP Expression of Interest Draw" and "** MPNP Expression of Interest Draw (with a connection to the province".
To which category do I will be involved? because I am worried about "Points Required" for Letters of Advice Apply(LAA) and further steps to move on.

Any one can give advice?

Hi! you need to have a connection to Manitoba for both streams it can be a close relative or a distant relative/friend in order to apply. Express Entry will work if you have a distant relative or friends as you only received 50 points for this conection but you have to be elegible in EE. As well, your NOC must be under "In demand Occupations" for both.

Thank you for your all advice aponce7!!! I have a close relative in Manitoba (outside of Winnipeg) and my occupation is under "In demand Occupation".
My Score is 604 out of 1000.
1. For the case of "MPNP Expression of Interest Draw" the minimum score that LAA to be issued was 639 points (2018 EOI draw). In this case, my point is lower than the point of any draw of 2018.
2. For the case of "MPNP Expression of Interest Draw (with a connection to the province" the minimum score that LAA to be issued was 572 points (2018 EOI draw). In this case, I can involve and will satisfactory in most draws.
So to which category I will be involved? Because, in the first option (MPNP Expression of Interest Draw), my point is low to be nominated, thus it need improvement, while in the second option (MPNP Expression of Interest Draw), i can apply soon...
please help me

Last draw for EE was on July and it was the lower with 519 points while the lowest in EOI was 572 and the highest was of 605, so you´re good to apply in either of the two.

now i am ready to apply,,, but I am confused about the exact sites (profile creation...) both for Express Entry and MPNP. If you can please attach those exact sites.
