Hi mhersol. I don't know if you can pay your sister's fees in Winnipeg. I haven't heard or read anything like that in the forum or elsewhere. But of course it does not mean there really is no way. I am not sure about this. Yes they require Canadian dollars as payment. I am not so familiar with bank drafts. I intend to pay via credit card. Your sister can probably ask her bank about bank draft in Canadian dollars. You can pay RPRF together with the Visa Application/Processing fees. However, the form provided by the CIC website is only for Processing fees. One forum member used the same form for RPRF but he indicated that the second sheet is for RPRF and he had to make a new table to reflect the necessary fees to be paid.
