Others got AOR, then the rest got sponsor's interview.

I applied through general stream in july 2012 but i have not received anything yet ...? Now it is lapsed almost seven months since my application. I would like to know whether it is an abnormal delay

There might be delay. The processing time usually depends on the officer assessing your paper. I know one sponsor who supported two applicants with different dates, July and September, same stream, GS. The sponsor got a call, to his surprise it is for the SEPTEMBER applicant. He asked about the July applicant' papers,the officer said that it was assigned to other officer.

Therefore, the processing time really at grace of the assessor. I hope you find relief for this one.
