MPNP - Nominated ... Is Bank Certificate required to submit to CIC ?

I am nominated under general stream in Manitoba provincial Nominee Program, I sent my bank certificate and transaction histroy from last 6 month with MPNP application , now i am sending my documents to CIC do i have to send bank certificate again or is not required ?

The Bank certificate is not required, you may check the require supporting document in the document checklist for PNP. Try as much as possible to be strictly adhere to the instruction on this Checklist.

Are you submitting the IELTS certificate? I gather from the instruction guide it is required only for NOC C and D jobs - is that correct?

Yes i am submitting IELTS certificate , It is required to check your language proficiency
