I am new here and also new to PNP process.
I am planning to start PNP for Manitoba province. I have gone through their web site to get information about documentation.
Moreover, I will be applying without job offer so not sure what are my chances of getting approved.

Little background about me:
I am working in USA on H1 from last 5 years and there is no hope of getting GC in next 5-6 years so thought of moving to Canada for settlement and work.

Few questions on IELTS and funds:
1. Do I need to submit the ielts score while submitting the application or I can send it later? If we sent it later is there any issue of approving application?
2. I don't have sufficient fund in my account($12K) so Do I need to wait 3-6 months for amount accumulation? Is there chance of borrowing money someone and show that? Please provide more info on this.

Thanks.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hi movetocanad2014,

Try first the self assessment procedure of: http://www.immigratemanitoba.com/how-to-immigrate/apply/
Then if you can reach 60+ points, then you are eligible to apply and get approved. :)

For the MPNP, at least you have a friend or a relative in Canada to be able to apply for the Provincial nominee program. It's ok even you don't have any job offer. :)

1. It's better to take the IELTS exam before applying because it will be added up to your immigration assessment scores.
2. I think it's fine to borrow as long as the money will be staying from your bank account 6months before you apply and will still stay until you will land to Canada. It's a long span of time so better save your own money if you can't find someone who will let you lend his money for that long. :)

Thanks for providing the information.

I did self assessment and I have got 73 points by mentioning that I have a friend in Manitoba over there who is ready to endorse me. Yes, I do have a friend who is working in Winnipeg.

Is there any minimum score requirement for IELTS?

hmmm, you should aim speaking-7, the rest 6.5 to reach a higher CLB level. :)
