consolidation pwede na even if you are not yet resigned. termination naman (correct me if this is wrong) at least 45 days before your intended departure you can file it na. go to the pag-ibig website>downloadable forms.

for consolidation po, what you need is this form (sign it and make a photocopy so you have proof that they received it): Request For Transfer Of Member's Records and Loan Details (FPF400)

for the termination:
Application for Provident Benefits Claim - (FPC010)
the said benefits claim form has the GUIDELINES AND INSTRUCTIONS as well as the LIST OF REQUIRED RECORDS indicated on the 2nd page po.

For security check lang yan... Baka pa explain syo kung ano yong kaso, bakit nangyari at pano naayos.. Dyan sila kasi mahigpit... If I were you since you still have time, kuha ka na ng court clearance para madami kang proof na tapos na talaga ang case... Don't worry, maaayos yan. Don't get nervous during the interview, answer their questions directly walang paligoy ligoy. Pray, pray and pray. We will also pray for you.
For the info of our classmates in this forum, per my NBI contact, pag ang NBI clearance daw ang nakalagay ay NO DEROGATORY RECORD ibig sabihin ay clear na clear, meaning, walang kapangalan, walang na file na case, walang maling data or info sa file. Pag NO RECORD ON FILE daw, ibig sabihin ay may nakapangalan pero na clear na, sa data ay may mali pero naayos na din or may naging case pero clear na din. Yan pala ang difference ng NO DEROGATORY RECORD and NO RECORD ON FILE. Na praning kasi akong bigla kanina kaya tinawagan ko agad ang contact kong taga NBI at nag check ako ng NBI clearance namin at thank God NO DEROGATORY naman nakalagay... Ang mga embassies daw kasi may access sa NBI, kaya pwedeng pwede macheck nila..... God Bless us all....

tnx lormac... actually, dismissed n nga ang case 11yrs ago p, at nasubmit na s knila lahat ng court clearnces and supporting docs. ang pinagttka nmin why only now focusing on the issue of NO RECORD ON FILE, aftr we had passed all their tests...

But my hubby's NBI ( No Derogatory Record ), mine ( No Record on File ), but we both had an interview sa QUALITY CONTROL DEPT / NBI nun, pareho kasi kaming may kapangalan na may KASO, ang nakakaloko pa sa lugar din nmin ang address nila ( mag-asawa din siguro, LOL )....THANK GOD, PROVEN WE'RE INNOCENT.
Ang naisip ko nga nun, ginamit nila ang names nmin, para makapanloko. May mga cases kasi na ganun, kaya ingat guys!

My cousin's wife nman, nung kukuha passport, may gumamit na ng name nia na hindi nia kilala, may na issue nang passport using her name. Kaya ayun, hassle ( but challenging ) pina NBI pa nila yung culprit, at tinakot nang tinakot. Kaya dapat pla talaga KIDS palang kuha na dapat ng passport habang bata. Kahit wala pa plan travel abroad.

This is in regards to refusal letter under family stream.

I'm a newbie on this forum.
I am also nominated through MPNP and I will be sending my PR application and other documents to Canadian Embassy-Abu Dhabi next month.
May I know how long does your PR application processed at CE-Abu Dhabi?
Ang sabi sa website, average 23 months daw. pero mas gusto ko paniwalaan yung personal experience ng mga applicants on this forum.
Please let me know.

we choose cathay. pede na kse one month rental masave namen compare sa other airline because we are group of five.

23 days in total.
submission to cem and back to our home in Tarlac.

Kami nga almost 3 months mag intay kasi 2 months medication, so bale sa June 29 pa tapos, then after 1 month na matapos ang medication re-xray naman, kaya end pa ng July ang ipag intay namin. Anyway, darating din lahat ang ating pinahihintay IN HIS TIME..... God Bless..... lormac

Hi Lormac, nabasa ko status ng application mo. bihira ako mag log-in busy kasi sa work kaya scan-scan lang nagagawa ko. Anyway, nagpa medical kami Feb then advise to go back to the clinin by March and do the sputum test, pinag sputum test ka ba or derecho agad sa medication? then nag repeat x-ray first week of May tapos advise to go back to the clinic to get the referral for pulmo, next week pa schedule sa pulmo pero wala naman history before and last year may APE sa office wala naman nakita.... tapos nung Feb x-ray sabi may spot daw. ano pa pinagawa sayo?

In God's time makakaalis din tayong lahat... God is good..... please include as also in your prayers. God bless
