joy_p, has your application been rejected or you just need to send revised/updated application forms?

don't worry joy_p. there's always a first time. just try again. Ü

hi em-em, thanks on your reply. hope everything would be ok with our applications. goodluck to us all....

i think it's rejected due to incompleteness, but at least it is not denied. kasi sabi sa letter, we can submit a new and complete application daw. di ba pag na deny, parang you need to wait for another 6 mos yata before you can send a new application.

we're just waiting for our application to be returned by our sponsor so that we can check ourselves, and hopefully send the complete one by 1st week of july. fortunately, the mpnp office is just 15 mins drive from my brother in law's house so they advised us to send our new application to them, and they'll be the one to submit to mpnp. before kasi derecho sa mpnp application namin. had we known that they set up an office na and check the docs as soon as it is submitted, sana ganun na ginawa namin..

anyway, lessons learned.. i just hope that some members of this forum can learn from our mistake, that's why i thought of sharing it. :)

help, we have submitted at CEM last june 18, 2010, just now june 24, 2010 i got a letter from CEM they returned my 2 managers check stating that the fee we have remitted was incorrect.

Processing fee is $550 x2 is P48400 bec. the currency last june 18 was 43.99 so i rounded it off to 44, does this mean that i should sent only exact amount? please help, does anyone experience the same

RPRF $490x2 is P42,000 but we submitted through MC P43,120

Hi redge,

Here's the guide I used, and it all went through:

Processing Fee:

Principal Applicant 23,650.00
Spouse 23,650.00
Dependent (Child) if applicable 6,450.00

Right of Permanent Residence Fee*
Principal Applicant 21,000.00
Spouse 21,000.00
Dependent (Child) 18yrs below - N/A (0.00)

It should be an exact amount.

hi lou!

baka it also depends on the person reviewing your application. malay mo makalusot.. let's hope for the best! good luck on your application!

In my case, hindi ako naglagay ng N/A or NONE and even my initial, it is in short-cut signature and wala naman comment sa papers ko, nainterview na nga ang sponsor ko, so I guess it really depends on the reviewer.

Congrats wengski! When did you submit your application sa CEM? I sent mine thru DHL last June 19, 2010 (that's saturday)..i dunno yet when is the exact date DHL delivered to CEM..

I think you should also submit educational and employment documents of your husband as it is stated namn kc sa checklist..it says "for you and your spouse".. we are under family support, although some documents not required sa checklist for family support category, i opted to include all documents listed there as i have read from forums that, some were later requested to submit these documents. Just follow the document checklist pra wala hassle and for speedy processing if u are in a hurry to go to canada.

hi shantei, your so lucky you got your LOA in just 5mos. Congrats...
