Hi Leigh... For online application, files that will be uploaded need not be notarized. Scanned original documents are sufficient. Cheers!

You would still need to take your IELTS.

thank you for your reply,

just a follow up question, what if, unluckily,(just an hypothetical) I got a bond score of 5.5 and under the pointing system rules 5.5 is equals 7 points, however if you will base it on my employment history i should be getting 8 above. my question is which points are they going to follow? was it the ielts exam result or the employment? please advised. thank you in advance.

Hello, I have sent our documents last July 28, 2012 through online processing and I have received my file number. How long it will take when receiving the approval letter. Hoping for your answer. Thanks and more power

Regardless of your employment background,or language ability claim, they'll still consider IELTS over any if those.

I have a friend who claimed 9 points. But he was asked to take IELTS. For those who claim 8 or 7.5 points or up should take IELTS. From what I know before, if you gave an undergraduate degree the highest point you can claim is 7, regardless of your work experiences.
