kasi kapag nag-sponsor ka dapat keep in mind din na yung sponsoran mo is capable of being able to share sa Manitoba, like professionals or business class..if may mga backgrounds ka na nagsponsor ka ng mga failed applicants before (like kulang ang points, or any other reasons to fail), nababawas ang points mo to sponsor..i don't have the exact explanation dito..ehe.sorry..but it's more about thinking for the future of Manitoba by selecting the people you allow to enter the province.... but yun ang sinabi ng sponsor ko kaya super pinipili niya ang mga tinutulungan niya..

wala akong idea about schools eh..plan ko din kasi humanap ng nursing school pagdating sa manitoba para makapag exam ng nursing board.. pero yung taga dito sa amin, student siyang pumasok sa canada, and gosh, hindi biro-biro ang gastusin because you have to prove na kaya mo pag-aralin ang student na papasok sa canada..(monthly DAW nagpapasok sila ng hundreds of thousand pesos) sa account niya.. pero meron akong nakitang thread dito about student visa..try mo sumali doon..di ko pa nababasa yun eh

salamat po. :)
meron na po ba kayong update sa application nyo? :) sa akin wala pa din...

if you are from Philippines, most likely that would be the case because the LOA will be sent to you via airmail. LOA will be released about 3-4 weeks after sponsor interview, then if you're from Philippines, it may take a few more weeks before reaching you... my LOA was released on Sept 2011, but i received it on Oct 2011 via snailmail..

meron na po ba kayong update sa application nyo? :) sa akin wala pa din...

wala pa,,kahit man lang sana "medical results received"..kaso talagang wala pa..mar 27 pa daw isesend ang result... sana wag na nilang sagarin sa date, i mean, kung tapos na maevaluate, bakit hindi pa nila isend agad, diba? why wait for 3 weeks if tapos na rin naman now? ehehe,,, wait lang tayo.. :-*

baka po meron silang minimum number for submission kaya po ang sabi nila eh 3weeks pa. pero tama po kayo dapat nga eh i submit na nila ang medical once na evaluate na nila. ano pa po ba ang magagawa natin kundi ang mag antay. ;)

yup, for background check lang naman yung interview..like if kilala ka nya talaga, how long kayo nagkakilala..you have to prove kasi na may close relationship kayo (even if relatives), to show the Immig na you will support the person sponsored in the first few weeks na nage-establish sya sa canada... and yes, most of us got our LOA soon after the sponsor interview...meron nga dito na wrong answers pa nasabi ng sponsor nya pero nakatanggap ng LOA afterwards... basta keep in touch sa sponsor mo and update mo sya about sayo...nung ako pina-memorize ko talaga yung birthday at address ko sa kanila..eheh..hope this helps ;)

applications recently have received faster responses..most of the recent ones received their LOA after 3-4 months after issue of AOR

based on my friend, a sponsor who has previous failed sponsorship becomes less and less legible to sponsor until he losses all his capacity to sponsor anymore... but on the other hand, successful sponsorship in the past adds points to the person sponsoring, making him able to sponsor in the future, regardless of the number he can apply... i'm not sure if this is right..but he was able to do it before with other friends, and now, he has sponsored me...

Thanks a lot for your response and information!

I agree with you that the successful sponsorers does get ability to support more applicants, thus adding to there value and good for the applicant too. How about your case ? where it has reached ? Good Luck...GD
