My application is still on process and before receiving our medical request, we found out that my daughter (dependant-18) is pregnant... But despite of that, she still complied with the medical requirements (i.e., wearing the lead shield when she took the x-ray).

My question is, can she still go with us even if she's pregnant. She is not married till this time and she's not living with the father of her unborn child.

Issah
ask ko lang po maam may nakasagot na po ba sa question nyo na ito... same case kasi tayo nalaman lang namain na buntis ang misis ko after naipasa na namain ang passsport namin for visa....

hi leoalive,

apologies for the late reply... i have been quite busy with sorting out my paperwork, would you mind giving me you contact number? u can text or call me on +91 7403 444 333... I have lived in NZ for a year and in Australia for a year as well, unfortunately, I have no idea how long it would take for the NZ verifcation. Also, getting a speeding ticket is not a criminal offense, I had a speeding fine for $650 in Australia, but I paid it. But in Australia, if you do not pay the speeding fines, it goes into a traffic offense and it would come under police records, they only take into consideration unspent offenses, so if you had speeding tickets and you paid them off, then it won't be a problem, I hope that helps. Can you please share your timeline and where have you applied from? have you sent the documents across to the visa office already ?? Cheers

Hi guys,

please see the given below link, it is a new update on the cic website, I received my LOA from MPNP on 15th November, currently in the process of gathering all the documents to send it to the visa office in INDIA, but the current update on the website says that all provincial nominee applications has to be sent to Sydney, Nova Scotia, please see the link below and pool in your thoughts about it. Cheers

Hi Guys,

according to the document check list that needs to submitted, it does not say anything about submitting the proof of funds or any letter from the bank, does that mean we dont have to show settlement funds ? Like how we had to submit the settlement funds and bank letters when we apply for nomination from MPNP? Please advise on the same, also in the new forms and document check list it does not require documents for proof of relationship in Canada either. I am confused as to what documents needs to be sent out now, please advise. Thanks :)
