Hello all,

Anybody please advise....... do i need to submit a new Schedule 1 to CEM or ok na ba yung na fill up ko that time i submitted to mpnp?... (yung sa personal history page kasi nun... last entry was November 2009 because i submitted december 2009) Also the pictures of me and my family attached, they were all taken December 2009..... (more than 6 months na)... those were the pictures i attached in the application form which i photocopied and sent to mpnp last december... ...should i get new photos and change the ones attached or okay na ba yun?.... as i know kasi they are the same forms i will be submitting to CEM once loa arrives.. confused... Your replies will be of great help. Thank you very much.

Hi Paullay,

In my opinion, I think you need to update that form, because CIC have updated their form for this year 2010, and take a new pix and submit a new one, to avoid for CEM to return the documents/application.

Thanks for the reply. i will do as you said... one more thing though... i was planning to request from my school my original diploma. Mas mahirap yata yung sa ched kasi ang dami requirements and ang dami ko pa request sa school just to get CAV ched. Mas madali as i see it... for me to get an original diploma.... at least yun lang or together with a TOR...huhuhu.... aside from that i still need to get police clearances from phlippines, aussie and singapore... ??? excited but overwhelmed. hehe
DC, as you know, will it be alright if original nalang submit ko diploma and TOR instead of the one from ched? Will CEM accept them?

It's ok to submit your original Diploma (they will just return it) and just make sure the TOR(original) sealed by your school and also ask a certification from your school that you really graduated from that school(if you can have it the better). Yes madami requirements at matagal pag ipapadaan mo pa sa Ched. It takes a while to get police certificates abroad, ako nga inabot ng 1 month ung police certificate ko from Taiwan, unless you will have someone to expedite it for you. Madali ka lang makakuha ng Police certificate d2 sa Pinas. Goodluck to you..

As far as I remember, madali lang ako nakakuha ng certified copy ng CHED. Hindi lang ako sure kung depende sa school (yung School kasi yung naglakad nung sa akin eh matagal na - 1 week process). Pero kung gusto mo nga original copies nalang bigay mo. Kadalasan naman sinasauli din after nilang ma check. (same with what dc said)

Yes, we are batchmate. You and balotpenoy have the very same AOR date.
About NBI maybe your husband still have the copy of it, since it is valid for 1 year, because if none, he needs to have personally (for digital picture capturing). I'm not sure though if you also need to give NBI, but try to get one for yourself as well. I think you already have the other docs they required since it was also submitted to Manitoba. You can do it!

What I did was, I arranged the documents based on the checklist, then I use 1 paper clip to compile all the docs, so that it will be easy for the examiner to check the docs. Same thing I did when I submitted my application to MPNP.
