Hi Okidokjim,

Im from San Miguel, Bulacan, Philippines.

There were some discrepancies on my husband's employment dates ( he worked before in South Korea ). We submitted only his contracts from POEA-Phils, they found out there were inconsistencies on the dates stated on contracts ( which we failed to notice ) then they requested us to provide some docs from my husband's employer i.e Certificate of Employment and other Foreign Contracts and docs. They've been good helping us what to do to fill the gap on discrepancies. Thank GOD. Cheers!

Hi Redge,

Thanks so much...hope we'll get our medical request letter soon after filing to CEM...hoping to hear your updates! Cheers to us....

hi there!!

I am also under MPNP Winnipeg (Family stream ). Just sent my Application to Manitoba last Sept 2008. Receive letter NOV 2008 from manitoba asking for Proof of my relation with my Aunt living in winnipeg. Sent docs Nov 2008 no reply yet..

No confirmation if they receive the document that they requested.
I cant tract the document that I sent because I sent it thru Ordinary Postal only that usually will take 7-15 days before it reach Manitoba hehehe.

Do they send confirmation that they receive lacking docs?
How long does it take to know if they got the docs that I sent
or all I have to wait is for the approval?

I also have a consultant that usually ask for their professional fee..I already paid 15K to them.. Do you think I can process my docs by myself??

hoping you could give me advise..

God Bless..

Hi guys, sali naman ako sa forum ninyo. I got my eligibility from CRNM (College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba) and I am scheduled to sit for the nursing board exam on October 6, 2010. Our PR application is "in process" under the new rules. Tanong lang po, paano kayo nag apply for Provincial Nomination sa Manitoba?

Thanks and God Bless.

Issah in my case my aunti reciv an acknowledgement letter in canada also, after 1 week i recib also in the philippines. Are u applying online. By the way where r u come from?

I'm from Philippines but I'm a resident of UAE (Abu Dhabi). My cousin was the one who submitted my application in Canada under family stream. I was just a bit worried coz there might have some lacking documents that I should submit, for that, i would like to know the content of my acknowledgement letter (which they told they sent on 5th March).

Anyhow, let us just keep each other posted. Please continue the thread and let us know when u receive your LOA Thanks for your response.

hayz...wala pa ding update ulet...hopefully by the end of next week mabago na ang ECAS status ko...

Hi Ms. Tes,

Thanks much... We were surprised receiving the LOA yesterday. I was expecting it a year after our filed application date. We applied for Family Stream. They didn't require us to submit IELTS, maybe its because of your profession ( Nurse ), its requires very high communication and interpersonal skills. I think so. GOD Bless...

@ ice victoria

tnx sa reply. im worried kasi na-overlook ko yung 2 questions in the MAPP application form plus I answered the question for "years of formal education completed" incorrectly. do you think they would send back my application? in the AOR they did not request any addtnl documents and they did not also inform me about my mistakes. im really worried it might cause delay or refusal (I hope not pls pls pls) of my application.

Application (family support stream) sent - Jan.18,2010
AOR - April 14,2010

Hi Okidokjim,

Do you still remember the 2 questions you missed filling up? I think its either they will send you a letter again requesting you to explain the discrepancies or maybe you already submitted documents there that supports / answers the questions you missed / incorrectly filled up ( years of formal education completed ). If this really bothers you, others same with your case, are submitting letter explaining the discrepancies ( but seek first expert's advice if this is the right thing to do or the right timing doing it ).

Hope your agony will vanish soon. Cheers! Keep us posted...

hey victoria,

you are so lucky for having that fast timeline...

good luck to all!

lets keep on praying for our good feedback ;)
