yeah, is that fast track ba? kinakabahan tuloy ako since we were expecting mga after 6mos pa. then the rest of the process another 1 year. so in mind, we're kind of set mga 2013 pa.

i haven't filed for FBI. still waiting for the authenticated fingerprint card from DFA. will get it next week. then file for FBI right away.

anong authenticated fingerprint card from DFA? kami kasi, nagpafingerprint lang sa victory mall (ung NBI station don) and then we mailed it to FBI.. we mailed ours nung mga mid-january and then we got the results by end of march..

nagstay ka ba sa US?

Hmmm. Nbi told us that it's now being done at NBI Taft. Went there and after fingerprints were taken, you will claim the paper from DFA after a week. I met some folks applying for canada MPNP as well. Same process din alam nila. I don't know, baka nag change na kaya.

Yes i was in US for 2 years. I filed for 2 prints, another one for AU.

hi giselle, congrats ang bilis ng LOA mo. Regarding sa FBI, matagal ang processs nun.. pero if you have a relative in US, you can send it to them and let them be the one to mail it to FBI. Mas mabilis ito sa experience ko, that's what we did and mga one month lang nakuha na namin ang FBI. Nga pala, we had ours done at camp crame and we made two sets of fingerprints just in case malabo ung isa they can refer to the other set.

Regarding sa submission ng docs mo sa embassy, you can send it to them minus the FBI provided you make an affidavit that you have already requested for FBI and tell them the estimated time for results and that you will mail it to them once you have it. You can enclose a copy of your bankdraft you made to FBI as proof that you have indeed sent them request.

I hope this helps.

Share ko lang po na naka receive na din po kami ng family ko today at 1:03PM ng PPR. Malapit na din talaga pala kami maka alis, ngayon lang nag sink in sa akin...
