hello dear friends,

as I am also one of those waiting for MR, is there anyone here who had made their medical exam other than the DMP-Manila.

currently i am out of philippines and i have already research that there are also DMP's here on my worksite.

has anyone experience similar situation? it would save me time and money especially if there are retakes on the medical exam.

please share.

as far as i know, medical exam can be done in any country regardless of visa office as long as it is done thru DMP's of CIC..pls check below link for your reference.. thanks!

the PR application forms are in the website: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-application.asp
there may be country-specific instructions for the check list. you have to read carefully instructions in your approval letter (LOA).

I'm a member of this forum but from a different thread (Spouse Sponsorship). While browsing for topics related to my inquiries, I've come across this thread and I'm hoping that someone can share their ideas with me.

I just arrived here in Manitoba just a month ago. My husband was my sponsor. Now, my husband and I plan of nominating my parents and brother from the Philippines. Since I still have to wait for one year to sponsor them, my husband thinks that it'll be more practical if he'll be the one to sponsor them via the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program. Now my questions is, will they fall under the Family stream or the General stream? Since it'll be their son-in-law who'll be sponsoring them.

Also, if for example they've submitted their application already and is on the process, will it be possible for them to apply for a temporary visa for them to visit me here while waiting?

I surely hope to hear from anyone of you.

and last oct i received letter of receive..
we are still waiting for mpnp to call our sponsors but until now
they didn't call..
how long shall we wait before we receive LOA?
