MPNP-International Student

Hello everyone,
I have few questions regarding MPNP.
I am an international student here in Winnipeg. I saw on MPNP website that in assessment form according to point in last column Adaptability (Connection to Manitoba) there are few options available to show connection:-
-Relatives available in Manitoba.
-Previous work experience in Manitoba(at least six months)
-Completed post-secondary program of two years or more in Manitoba
-Completed post-secondary program of at least one academic year in Manitoba
-Friend or distant relative living in Manitoba.

According to last column- do we need to fulfill two options or just one is enough?

One more concern- Can we apply after completing education? or do we need to apply after completing 6 months work?

Hi siddarth, nice to hear that you are in Winnepeg.......you should have either one option for the last two.
If you any friend in Manitoba they can be ur sponsor under MPNP general stream go ahead with it.
