Hi!

Could you please clarify or give some hints how to obtain a Confirmation of Nomination and be eligible to apply through the Express Entry,not the paper based application. I have not found any specific guidance how to be able to get the Express Entry pathway, but I am interested because application processing time is vastly different EE:6 months vs Paper Based: 19 months.

So basically my question is, does the International Student Pathway under MPNP by any means eligible for following application via express entry?

According to them yes.. I sent this email few months ago. But will always depends on the officer.

You can enter your EE information on the EOI at the question: *

Do you have an active Express Entry profile which was submitted to Citizenship and Immigration Canada in the past 12 months?

Once you submit your EOI you will be eligible to be selected in an EE sub-stream draw. If you are selected in such a draw, you are then eligible to receive an EE nomination, otherwise, you will need to apply for your PR by paper.
