MPNP inland draw 25

Hi everyone,

If you are Draw 25 of MPNP and apply inland, please share your timeline here.

My time line is:

Received LAA letter on 30 December, 2016
Submitted Mpnp application on 07 January, 2017
Received Mpnp file number on 10 December, 2017.
Current status: Received. on 21 March, 2017.

My friend applied inland and got his nomination within less than 3 months in 2016. It seems that it will take longer during this time. I also wonder why apply outland for MPNP take that much time. I saw somebody had to wait 6-7 month to change the status from "received" to "process".
