Hello everyone, In the recent draw Mpnp has not mentioned/ issued LAA to candidates under skilled workers overseas who has blood relative there in Mantioba like earlier draws from 63 to downwards. Please guide if there is any change in MPNP rules or any other reason. What could be future expectations.
