Hi Saif happy new year!
You are in MB now right... and on study leave from your home Country. Correct? Sorry if i got confused with Point 1 & 2.
Well, i think you case will fall under --- Eligibility › Manitoba Experience
Past education in Manitoba:
As an international student you attended and completed an authorized education or training program at a public, or registered private vocational, post-secondary institution in Manitoba. (Language studies are not authorized.)
To prove you studied in Manitoba, submit the three following documents: 1. your study permit(s); 2. your academic transcripts, and 3. the certificate, diploma or degree you received for completing the program.

Please read and study... and follow what you think is right!
Thanks for your nice comment.
I see, there is just one problem. Completed degree certificate, which is still in progress in my case (I completed 1.5 years full time study out of 5 years PhD program). I will get certificate after 5 years!!!!! What should I do now?? Am I eligible to apply in MPNP?
In Ontario, there is an opportunity for PhD student, who has completed 2 years of their PhD program. Is there any stream in Manitoba for PhD student like Ontario?
