You need to either have a friend or a relative in manitoba in order to be eligible to apply for it

collect all document as per MPNP requirement.

create online login id , password and apply family stream.

It is very easy. As it is already advised that open the mpnp site and go through the list of required documents. Make sure that you do not miss any doc it will delay your process. Be very careful while you fill your settlement plan. It would be better if you also fill sp2 that your sponsor will have to submit. When mpnp asks for it, you ask your sponsor to submit the same.
If you need any assistance, feel free to post here... as there are a lot of helpful people on this forum.
