MPNP Family Connection LAA Invite

Hello All....need help / suggestion - so I have submitted my MPNP EOI on 21st Nov'23. And looking for invite ( LAA ) through Family Connection as I have a very strong connection with PR holder in Manitoba. My EOI score ( for Manitoba ) as per my calculation is 561 and CRS score in EE is less than 400.
Do we have any timelines or trends - when the skilled worker overseas ( Manitoba connection ) draw would happen or generally happens ?
Any Insights will be much appreciated.

Nobody can tell you that as it is under the government discretion what type od draw they are doing

But any trends or frequency - like how many times a year these LAA calls happen for Manitoba connections ? How many such draws happened in 2021 / 2022 ?

There's no such trends. They have only started conducting "close relative in manitoba selection" and "education in Manitoba" category since November 30, 2023.

Before that, they used to conduct draws based on random NOCs - This started February 2023 ish when people started complaining in the media about points cutoff for "skilled worker in Manitoba" route being too high for people who had education elsewhere in Canada.

I didn't even know they had the authority to conduct draws based on some criteria at a whim without any legal basis. I thought it had to go through a provincial legislation before going through.

Is there delay in Manitoba provincial nominee program sponsors getting sponsor's email after applicants submit their applications. A sponsor is yet to get MPNP letter after 2 weeks.

Yes. If your sponsor is using Gmail. Mpnp is having issues with Gmail. Promised to rectify it.
