hi. i got my mpnp approval letter. i applied to canda for TRV visa but both got refused and i have shown my kne job. But in my pnp application, I have shown different work experiece.Now i am sending file to Nova scotia, should i include experience that I have shown
earlier to
cic or experience I have shown to mpnp. Also do u think cic will check my employment historry in previous visitor applications.

So basically, you misrepresented your work experience to either CIC or the MPNP in order to get a visa/LOA and now you want forumites to advise you on how to beat the system? Ok.

no the thing is i was working two jobs. one was part time. so when i applied earlier my agent he didnt dclare my prart time job as he saod pne was enough for a visitor visa which was full
time. but when i apked for mpnp i declared whatever i actuallu did. and after submittinf mu applicationi found out that on my visitor applocation i just declaredy one job.. so what should i do now???

When applying to CIC, there is a provision to add a page for supplementary information, so you can clearly add a page where you give a full information on you applications, both that of MPNP and that of Visitor’s visa. Indicating why one job was not mentioned in early application.
All what they like is honesty, so clearly tell them what happened and they will understand.

PLEASE NOTE: Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (formerly CIC) does not accept language test results (IELTS) that are more than two years old. Please ensure you include valid General Training test result in your application for permanent residence. IRCC will return your full application if you don’t include valid language tests.

DO I HAVE TO IELTS AGAIN?
