Ok,actually I heard that they are processing applications according to day when file no generate... I am also waiting, I submitted 22 Mar,sp2 30 March.. hoping for best

My wife applied for nomination in April 2016 and got LAA shortly after. Our status read "Application Pending" the last we checked.

We were surprised to get a mail this morning from MPNP as follows;

This message confirms that your Expression of Interest (EOI) to the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program for Skilled Worker (MPNP-SW) has expired and has been removed from the MPNP-SW database.

EOI submissions are considered for selection for a period of one year and you have a submitted your EOI to the MPNP-SW 365 days ago. You are no longer in our pool of candidates and you will not receive a Letter of Invitation to submit a full application.

If you still want to come to Manitoba as a skilled immigrant, you may create and submit a new EOI.

Thank you for your interest in Manitoba as your immigration destination in Canada.

The application is less than a year. Could an expired Express Entry profile be responsible for this? Or could this be an older application that we have forgotten about? Her EE profile just expired and we were planning to log another one this weekend. Kindly advise please.

Let me share the steps for MPNP. I hope you will be able to find out what went wrong. I am not getting a clear idea from your description that how far you completed.
step 1 : submit Expression of interest to mpnp
step 2: you will receive a Letter of advice to apply in a subsequent draw according to your score. this is called LAA
step 3: you have submit full application withing 60 days of receiving LAA to MPNP online.
step 4: MPNP will go through your docs and full application and will let you know if they are nominating you or not. this step takes 6 to 9 months to complete.

now please tell us , how far you completed. Your next step will depend on that.

Good evening. Thanks for your kind response. We logged on to Immigrate Manitoba website this evening and confirmed that my wife's profile is still active. We heaved a sigh of relief! Status is still unchanged at "Application Submitted" (not "Pending" as I mistakenly typed earlier).

Apparently, it was an earlier profile that she had forgotten about that expired. Once again, thank you.

You have to submit your full application package to CIC with a valid IELTS certificate. So the answer is yes. You need to retake the exam.
