Next stage is going to be marked by "assessment complete" status. Then from that they will send nomination within 2 weeks by email. In my case they send it both to sponsor & me.
For CIC, which is most likely to be paper based, you need to send a print of nomination with application.

by first week of September you will get your LOA in your email. All you need is the photocopy to submit along with other credentials to IRCC. ;D

Thank you all for your help on this forum. Please, what is the difference between EOI Ranking points grid and MPNP Self-assessment Worksheet . The reason why I am asking is that while I am scored 88/100 (required is 60 points) in the later, I Scored 490/1000 in the former which is less than the last cut-off for Skilled Workers Overseas (547). What is the significance of these points on me.

Secondly, the strong connection in Manitoba is my wife's cousin but I have a higher in our IELTS and the proof of fund we will use will also be mine. Who has a better chance of being the principal applicant between me and my wife.

How they complete the assessment and issue LOA is strange and currently incomprehensible . Christoo and Anurag0071 also from draw 11, got nomination on 15/6/2016 and 4/7/2016 respectively -though they submitted SP2 in Dec 15. Appears process has stopped if not barely crawling.

This is indeed true, as i'm also from Draw 11 and the status is still received. SP was submitted on 27th Feb 2016. Praying and hoping for the best

you will put your score there, its from your scores that they will calculate the CLB, your IELTS scores

Completing CIC pack and got confused after reading page 9 of guide P7000 and checklist.
Example:
Original Birth certificate of my son is not in English. I got it translated to English and attested by notary.
Confusion: In the CIC application pack
c.1a Do I need to send copy of original birth certificate of my son and copy of notary attested translation?

c.1b Do I need to send notary attested (certified true copy) of original birth certificate and actual notary attested translation?

c.2 Do I need to send certified true copies (notary attested) of documents asked as "COPY" or "COPIES" in checklist (i.e. IELTS, Birth certificates, Passports, Marriage certificate etc.)?
