Thanks so much sb689. That was a clear explanation. But I require a few clarifications please.

There is no where in any of the forms where I will state my sponsor. Is it okay if I include it in my statement of purpose?
Also, will I be the one to submit the familial documents or my sponsor?

Kindly help shed light on this.

yes there is a place. a page that asks for your permission to allow MPNP to share your information with somebody. That is the place where you should declare your supporter name. You should also state his name, address etc in settlement plan part 1 (which you will submit).

I cannot remember clearly how did I upload my and my supporter's birth certificate. I can only remember that I followed MPNP online application guidelines to the words. MPNP online gives quite clear direction in case of uploading docs. If you get an option to upload all of those certificates then you should, otherwise browse the online application from first to last. You will find somewhere what are the docs you and your supporter need to upload.

Another person "Chukky" was asking the same question some days before. Chukky or anybody else in this thread who has recently uploaded family docs, could you please help amokemi about how you uploaded your family documents in MPNP online?

Thanks so much sb689. It seems I will latch to you for any inquiry I have as you have gone before me.

Is Settlement plan part one is the statement of purpose? Do you mind sharing your own with me so as to guide me? Thanks so much.

Hi amokemi

You will find a pdf doc in MPNP online which they called settlement plan partI. You have to fill in the blank spaces of that doc. MPNP will give you qs and you have to answer. settlement plan needs to be unique for every candidate. Go through the doc, read questions, if you want to do some internet research do that, answer those questions. This doc is confidential. Just give your best to answer their ques. Hope it helps as a guide line.

@amokemi
There's a section called "relatives and friend"(carrying ur name as a heading). When u click on it u will find the name of your declared supporter. Click on edit and then upload to add a document and then add to add each new doc to prove the family tree/connection.
Be sure to do that very well as my application- done on September 25, 2015, was termed not eligible(Feb 2, 2016) bcs of forgetting to upload one of the birth cert. However, I filled a new eoi and got LAA on 10th Feb, 2016 and submitted a new application on Feb 18, 2016

Thanks so much chukky. I appreciate. my wife's maternal uncle is my sponsor. From your experience, do you think his birth certificate, my mother-in-laws birth certificate showing that both of them have same parents will suffice as enough proof. If not, what other things can i add to it?

Thanks so much.

Hello,

My wife is the principal applicant and her first cousin is our sponsor and they both answer the same surname. I will like to know if my wife's birth certificate is enough as proof.

Hi ...if anybody can tell me how the negative points work regarding work in another province...is there any specific time they are looking or it can be even a day. I moved from from toronto. Worked there for a couple of months , not sure if I need to mention it or not...If someone has been through this...please help!!!! :-X

Congratulations Sb689 and Vjnand. Is like the MPNP is moving very fast now. Hopefully by end April all the 10th batch applicants status will change to assessment pending

the current trend is that - 5 months after your LAA date, the status changes to Assessment Pending.

Looks like this is an automated process in the system, as my status changed on a Saturday - Feb 27 evening. and I don't think MPNP office works on a Saturday.

congratulations friend, may god keep the favours like this only and all applications will pass smoothely.I am from 9th draw and waiting for change in status itz 3rd month after LAA. : :D :D
