No inland applicants don't need LMIA but if you have one that will make your file strong. Its not that much important thou just have job letter from your employer stating all your job responsibilities and if they can state its a full time long term job for you that will be more than enough. Attach your pay stubs T4 and any work achievements if you have received.

Thanks for your immediate response. Your message is helpful for me. It is good news. My son graduated and now is working in Toronto. Maybe it would be easier for him to move to Manitoba and apply to MPNP in the future.

Hi,

I'm trying to calculate my points using the below link, however, a bit confused. My IELTS points: 94, Age: 75, Education: 110 What does Factor 3 means? Experience in Manitoba? If so, that would add another 40 points (1 year in November). Now with reference to Adaptability factor, I'm totally confused. I don't have relatives or friends, so no points for that. I will have one full year experience in Manitoba by November. How much points will I get from adaptability factor? I've a full time permanent job in Manitoba. Could you please help me in calculating my points? I have done my Bachelors in Ontario and I've brother also who lives in Ontario. So, I guess it will lower down 200 points under risk assessment factor

You will get 500 points under Manitoba Demand as you will be completing one year next month if you studied in Manitoba you only need 6 months experience and if you moved fron any other province then one year and that gets you 500 points.

Operate and drive tractor – trailer weighing 4,500 kg to transport goods and materials over long distances.

Heavy Equipment Mechanics
Repair, troubleshoot, adjust, overhaul and maintain mobile heavy-duty equipment used in construction, transportation, forestry, mining, oil and gas, material handling, landscaping, land clearing, farming and similar activities.

Specialized Livestock Workers
Agricultural service contractors provide agricultural services such as livestock and poultry breeding, soil preparation, crop planting, crop spraying, cultivating or harvesting. Hi znarfier, I got the news from my former colleague in abroad. It was posted on facebook months ago by Magsaysay global. I have no idea before that it was a recruitment mission by Manitoba employers. As far as I can remember, employers from Altona and Morden conducted interview for selected applicants that day that I believe lasted for a week.

Hi Tomalika, whatever your brother declared on his EOI he must submit documents to substantiate all the details he provided on his EOI. I just received my LAA this morning and hopefully all goes well.

REQUIREMENTS FOR MPNP

1. Birth Certificates (All members of family)
2. Marriage Certificate
3. Transcript of Records and Diploma – High School and College if graduated (applicant and spouse)
4. Certificate of Employment for the last 5 years (applicant and spouse, should be at least 6 mos at work)
5. IELTS (applicant only)
6. Passports (all members of family)
7. Bank Certificate and bank statemets (for the last 3 mos) [settlement funds should be at least $10k for principal and $2k for each dependent]
8. Settlement Plan 1 (Part of MPNP online)
9. Worksheet assessment (can be downloaded from website, should be at least 60 points, save file as mpnp-points-surname.pdf)
10. Proof of Relationship with sponsor (if close relative, BC/MC)
11. Settlement Plan 2 (to be completed by sponsor and submitted within a month after online application is completed)
12. PR/citizenship card and MB health card (to be submitted by sponsor)
