MPNP EOI-SW (Expression of Interest - Skilled Workers) - 1st Batch 2015

Guys, those with knowledge on my query, please reply as the sytem for EOI 's new to all..

I have submitted my EOI but was not sure of a question which I gave an answer of Yes, gained 100 points and submitted EOI
but later on came to know that I had to mark No for the question and done that.. I even received an e-mail for updating my profile
which reduced my 100 points.


Now the question is, as the LAA was not given for my EOI, will I receive an LAA for the updated profile or should I cancel the EOI and submit
a new one as the following info was only given in the e-mail:
If you receive a LAA, but your points have decreased or your personal information is not accurate, you do not have to proceed to submit a MPNP-SW Application. Please contact us and we will cancel your EOI submission. You should submit another EOI with correct information and wait to receive another LAA provided you are selected from the pool of active EOI submissions.

rvssrajesh, at this Point nobody knows yet how soon the MPNP will send ist 1st LAA to the luckiest applicant.

When u updated your info, the MPNP System was triggered to send the auto-reply-email for updating a very important info in your application. Thats why it said: "If you receive a LAA"... but you havent yet, right? Therefore, i believe the said info in the email you received is applicable only to those who have Changed an info in their Profile and had already received a LAA Prior to updating his/her info.

I said it was mentioned on my mail as it was the same thing posted on the official website too but had no clarity of how it works before LAA is received as not mentioned any where on the website or e-mail.. Ya even I had the same opinion but just wanted to cross check if I was wrong..

Btw, how many emails have you received from MPNP so far? Was the one you were talking about the 1st and only at this Point?

No yar I got a second auto mail when I updated the information.. but the pasted info in my first quote of this query was
from the 1st mail which every one receives on initial submission of EOI..

Is this page for only skilled worker overseas ? I just wanna share this...

One of people from my country already got his interview from mpnp the day after he submitted his EOI. The interviewer said he is gonna get the nomination soon once his documents are verified. his score was 759.

I am working in Manitoba already but scored 635 because i got -200 point since I worked in Alberta and applied ainp back there.

That's good to know. at least we know that MPNP started the nomination already. Thanks for the info. i don't remember that i put a contact number in my EOI? Are you?

There's no need to indicate that you applied for FSW in 2014, since the application was not even treated. Apparently, you dont even seem to have any record with them so, just don't indicate that you applied and 100points wont be deducted.

Based from my understanding, we can always update our EOI for the system will allow us to do so, while we are waiting for the LAA. But we have to be mindful, once we received LAA, CIC will base their evaluation on the EOI they got, so be very careful on updating your EOI. Any false information will result to disqualification.

I believe, LAA system will also allow us to update our profile since we will be inputting all our details for the MPNP application for submission. So we have to make sure that our EOI is always up to date!
