Nadia786 said:Thanks for the clarification Znarfier. But it think i will get 50 points only for work experience because they don't consider work experience prior to 5 years. In last 5 years, i have only two years experience.
Well i have another question: To get 100 extra points of experience, it should be "fully recognized by provincial licensing body". But we can apply for a trade certificate only if once we land in Canada and have PR. HOW CAN WE GET OUR EXPERIENCE FULLY RECOGNIZED BY LICENSING BODY" ? have any idea?

Or, in other words, the 100 Points will only be awarded to those who are already working in Manitoba (under work visa & applying for Immigrant Status), if and when their Profession is regulated and they have already gone through the licensing process.
Therefore, the 100 points is not applicable to applicants overseas (SWO), unless one has taken an exam or certification in his/her Country of residence, like for example, a Nurse who is aiming to be an Immigrant in the US takes NCLEX or some sort Prior to his/her application to the US or Canada.
The same is true with the 500 Points under Factor 5: Adaptability, which only goes to applicants who have an Ongoing employment in Manitoba for 6 months or more with long-term job offer from the same employer or Invitation to Apply under a Strategic Initiative.
Therefore, such applications will be the ones to receive the LAA ahead of the overseas applicants.
Good luck to us all!
