i have for express entry...Should i answer yes to this question?

And also is it compulsory to have a relative in manitoba to apply in new stream?

btw, the max points under Factor 3: Work Experience is 175, 100 of which comes from Fully recognized by provincial licensing body facotr if your profession is regulated in Canada.

Please for those who have submitted what is the approved CLB for IELTS

Supreme23 it is CLB 4 and up...


"Applicants for semi and low-skilled occupations (NOC C and D) must achieve a minimum standard of CLB 4 in English and submit said test results with their provincial nominee application. NOC C and D jobs include lower-skilled workers in the trades, primary and manufacturing industries, sales and services, and certain clerical and assistant categories."

Guys! Need ur help!

Am confused about this question:

Do you or your spouse have a pending immigration application in Canada? Immigration applications include any applications you have made to the government of Canada or any other provincial nominee program. An Express Entry profile does not constitute a pending immigration application.

I was applying for fswp2014, where I marked Alberta as A province I intend to live. But my application was refused because of the quota of 1000 for noc 1123 was reached and my application was sent back.

so, have I choose YES or NO in this section? Any thoughts?

Here selection is also ranked based:

"Periodically, the MPNP-SW will select the highest-ranking candidates from the pool of all active EOI submissions and issue them a Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA). If you do not receive a LAA from the MPNP-SW within a year from the date of your initial submission, you are encouraged to submit your EOI again.
"
My point is only 426 :'(

Few queries regarding EOI SW-
1.i am applying with my spouse's parents as close relatives living in Winnipeg but in a later question regarding any close relative in any other province, do spouse's grandparents and aunts count as my close relative?
2.i have never applied under any other PNP but my spouse did apply for APNP. So what should i answer in that question?

1. Yes as per MPNP. However her & your closest relatives are her parents so no worries...
2. FYI: "Please also note that any questions related to connections or applications to other provinces in Canada need to be answered with Yes, if they apply to either you or your spouse."

I have a question.

For MPNP, does 'Studies in another province' include 'language course in Canada' or only mean 'college or university'?

I studied ESL in Vancouver for about 1 year so now confused.

OnON, since it was not specified, for me the word "Studies" implies and includes language course/s. But please cross check the info...

Issuance of an Invitation to Apply is at the sole discretion of the MPNP and applicants cannot self-select for eligibility with this connection to our province.

Required documents

To apply to the MPNP with the connection of Manitoba Invitation, you must upload in MPNP Online the Letter of Invitation you received directly from the MPNP after being interviewed by a program officer during a recruitment mission or exploratory visit.

I even submitted my EOI now but just got an e-mail stating the successful submission of EOI for MPNP..
But am concerned of the points which u have as 512, could u please tell if there was an e-mail showing the points or
stating the points on the website: web6.gov.mb.ca

Yes you can! However, if im not mistaken, during your application, under ''Immigration destination in Manitoba" will be that of your connection/supporter.

The 100 points from "Fully recognized by provincial licensing body" is only for regulated professions.
